4. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Appointments are subject to availability and official PSA service hours. Confirmation does not guarantee service approval; final eligibility is determined by PSA personnel upon visit. You may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time via your account dashboard. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Appointment is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. PSA Online Appointment System is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including delays, errors, or data loss. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
